We’re hunting for what’s next!

At the end of March, we’ll be at the Global Pet Expo in Orlando. It’s the largest gathering of pet brands in the country. We will see thousands of products, hundreds of new launches and exciting innovations! This is where we see what’s on the rise in the pet industry and hand select the best products. If you’ve ever wondered how we decide what ends up on our shelf, this is usually the first step!

We get to be totally hands on with the products - we see it, play with it, test it, smell it and learn as much as possible. Oftentimes, the owners and creators of the pet product lines are there, so it’s a great time to get as in-depth as possible!

But here’s the thing: We don’t bring back everything.

We go to:

• Find what’s actually worth feeding

• Discover brands that meet our ingredient standards

• Test functional supplements that make sense

• Identify toys that last longer than a weekend

• Look for solutions to problems we see in-store every day

If it lands on our shelves, it passed our filter.
